We typically match students within 24 to 48 hours after confirming the inquiry. Home tuition depends on tutor availability in your area, while online demo classes can often be arranged faster.

Do you offer free demo classes?

Yes. We offer 2 free demo classes so the student and tutor can check fit before you commit.

What subjects and boards do you cover?

We cover all grades and major boards, including Matric/FSc, Federal and provincial boards, Aga Khan Board, Cambridge O/A Level, IGCSE, Edexcel, IB, MDCAT, ECAT, GED, computer courses, languages, IELTS, and TOEFL.

How much do you charge for tuition?

Fees are not fixed. They depend on the grade, subject, tutor profile, location, learning mode, and number of classes per week. We discuss the expected fee range before finalizing a tutor.

Do you charge any service charges?

No. There are no additional service charges for parents or students. You only pay the agreed tuition fee.

Who do we pay: the tutor or Keep Tutors?

For the first month, payment is made to Keep Tutors in an escrow-style arrangement and released to the tutor after the month's successful service is delivered. From the second month onward, the tutor may collect the fee directly from you.

What if I'm not satisfied with my tutor?

We'll rematch you, no questions asked. That's exactly what the 2 free demo classes are for, making sure you are happy before committing. Your child's learning outcome is our priority.

Which cities do you operate in?

We actively provide tutoring services in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, and offer online tutoring for students across Pakistan and internationally.

Do you provide tutors at the student's location?

Yes. We arrange home tutors at the student's location and match each requirement with a suitable available tutor nearby through a structured screening and profiling process.

Do you offer online tutoring outside Karachi and Lahore?

Yes. Online tutoring is available across all cities in Pakistan and internationally. Anywhere the student has a stable internet connection, we can arrange online learning.

Can I request a female tutor?

Absolutely. Mention your preference in the inquiry and we'll match you with a qualified female tutor, subject to availability for your subject, level, location, and schedule.

How often should classes be held?

Class frequency and duration are customized after the demo based on the student's level, goals, subject needs, and your schedule.

Do you offer classroom-based classes at your office?

No. We do not offer classroom-based tuition at our office. We provide one-to-one home tuition at the student's location and personalized online tuition.
